Users in Journeys
The Users list shows everyone who visited your site in the selected period, one row per person, with where they came from, how much they viewed and what they spent. Open a row to follow that person's whole journey.
Open it under Domains → your site → Journeys → Users.
Journeys, and with it the Users list, is available on Pro and above. Exporting the list is available to owners, admins and editors of a team on Pro and above, because it contains names and email addresses.
Who is in the list
- A row is one person: an identified person with an email address, or a visitor without one. All visits of an identified person, from any browser or device, are merged into one row. See Visitor Identification.
- A visitor without an email address is shown with a generated name, so you can tell rows apart without personal data.
- On sites that count visitors without cookies, a person who comes back on another day appears as a new visitor. People you identify with an email are still merged into one row.
- Bot visits are left out. Imported history (for example from Plausible) holds totals only, so it adds no people to the list.
The list uses the Journeys period, which Goals and Funnels share. Above the list you can search by name, email or page, and Filters narrows the list by goal, device, operating system, country and source, or to Paying only and Identified only people. The count above the list is the exact number of people for the current filters.

Sort
Click a column header to sort the whole list by that column, not only the rows already loaded. Click it again to reverse the order. The list starts sorted by Last visit, newest first. People without revenue, and empty values in text columns, always come last. On phones, the Sort by menu above the list does the same.
Load more at the end of the list loads the next people.
Choose and arrange columns
Open Columns (or More actions → Customize columns):
- Switch columns on or off.
- Drag a column, or use its arrow buttons, to change the order.
- Visitor stays first and is always shown.
- Reset to default (or More actions → Reset columns) brings back the original layout.
Your layout is saved to your account. It applies to the Users list of every website you open, on every device you sign in on. On phones, each person is a card with the name, the last visit and the first two columns of your layout.
Follow a person
Click a row, or press Enter on it, to open the person's journey: their page views, goal completions and payments from the first visit on. The link in the browser's address bar opens the same person, so you can share it with a teammate.
Blur names for screenshots
Before you share your screen or take a screenshot, choose More actions → Blur names and emails. Names, emails and customer IDs are masked at once, in the list and in the details of a person, and Show names and emails brings them back. It is the same setting as Blur identifiers in your preferences, see Visitor Identification. Exports keep the full data.
Export the list
More actions → Export as CSV or Export as Excel (.xlsx) downloads the list:
- Which people: everyone in the current view, with the period, search, filters and sort you see, not only the rows already loaded.
- Which columns: the columns you show, in your order. Visitor becomes two columns, Name and Email; Revenue is followed by Currency, because people can pay in different currencies; the last column is the Visitor ID.
- How many rows: up to 10,000 people on Pro, 50,000 on Scale and 100,000 on Enterprise. When more people match, the file holds the first ones in your sort order, and a message tells you how many matched. The Excel file records this in its About sheet too, together with the website, the period and the filters.
- Who: owners, admins and editors on Pro and above. Viewers see the export items without being able to use them. On the Free plan the items show a lock and Pro, and selecting one opens an upgrade prompt.
The file contains personal data. Store and share it according to your privacy policy.
Shared dashboards and client portals
A public shared dashboard shows the list without personal data and without exports. Client portals offer no export of this list.
