On the Free plan, the Journeys, AI insights, Top movers and Retention tabs show what they offer and an upgrade button, Heatmaps include 1 heatmap per website on desktop, and the Insight view, goal lines and exports show a lock with Pro that opens an upgrade prompt. The export of your own personal data (GDPR Art. 20) under Settings → Account → Profile → Download your data stays free on every plan. See Data Export for every export.
Getting Started
Step 1: Upgrade Your Plan
If you're on the Free plan, upgrade to Pro to access all Pro Features.
Step 2: Enable Features
- Go to your Zenovay Dashboard
- Open Domains, click your site, then go to the relevant tab (Sessions, Heatmaps, Errors, etc.)
- Each feature activates automatically once your plan supports it — no manual toggle needed
- Configure per-domain options by opening Domains, clicking your site, and selecting the relevant settings tab
Step 3: Verify
Visit your website and interact with it. Within a few seconds, you should see:
- Session recordings appear in Sessions tab
- Heatmap data accumulate in Heatmaps tab
- Errors (if any) show up in Errors tab
Performance Impact
All Pro Features are designed for minimal performance impact:

All Pro Features are built with privacy in mind:
- Automatic data masking: Passwords, credit cards, and sensitive fields
- Consent-aware: Works with consent management platforms
- Cookieless mode available: A per-site setting that keeps the tracker from storing anything on the device
- Data retention controls: Configure how long data is kept
- Deletion on request: Delete visitor data on request
